This year, the prestigious 23rd EECERA Annual Conference will be held 28th - 31st August 2013 in Tallinn, Estonia hosted by Tallinn University, Estonian Ministry of Education and Research, Estonian Union for Child Welfare, Association of Pre-School Teachers, Association of Preschool Directors and Step by Step Education Centre.
