CLAUSES OF THE FESTIVAL IYFA “Muzite” is held in two sessions : I session from 5th till 11th of July ; II session from 11th till 15th of July.

IYFA “Muzite” is a multi-genre festival and contest at different forms of arts : dance, music, theatre, fine arts, photography, magical and circus art, martial arts, etc. Children and young people aged 5 to 35 years are allowed to take part in the festival, coming from school of arts, academies, studios and kids centers. The festival takes place in two parts – a contest part and a festival (non-contest) part. The participants are allowed to take part in both.

IYFA “Muzite” takes places each year from 5th to 15th of July in Sozopol, on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The festival is held in two sessions, the first one being from 5th to 11th of July, is the contest one, while the second one is the non-contest and it is held from 11th till 15th of July. The performances of creative ensembles and solo artists may not be used for commercial purposes. All the performances are for free.

Prerequisite for participation in the festival is completing and sending the request form to participate in the pre-approved by the managers of the festival type and model. Application forms should be filled clearly and contain complete and accurate information that is considered final. Application certifies that the applicant accepts the conditions of the festival. Requests are sent to the managers of the festival by mail or fax. The same deadline is valid for sending audio and/or video recordings (on a magnetic media or electronically) of the pieces that the applicants-to-be will perform at the festival. Submitted pieces will not be returned.

Deadline for sending the application form and audio-video recordings : 15th of May 2013.

After selection, the Organizational committee prepares and sends a confirmation up to 15th of May 2013.

Thirty percent of the total amount due must be paid up to 5th of June 2013.

Within this period a scanned copy of the bank transfer must be sent by e-mail or by fax to the festival’s managers. The remaining amount of the sum shall be paid by June 25. In case of application cancellation, related to hotel reservation and for reasons beyond the festival’s managers, paid in advance amount is not returned. Managers of the festival will further negotiate the conditions to take part in the event with participants, failed to send an application within deadline period and in case all hotel vacancies are over. All participants must pay festival fee. Accompanying persons do not pay one. Participants, willing to take part in both sessions of the festival, pay one fee only.

Depending on package of the used services, in the price аrе included :
 organizational and technical support of the festival events ;
 accommodation in 2 * or 3 * hotels in studios and apartments with 3 and 4 beds in Sozopol ;
 breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant 2*.

For the first session : first service - dinner on July 5, last service - lunch on July 11. For the second session : first service - dinner on July 11, last service - lunch on July 16. If you want to accommodate into a room with one or two beds, prices can be negotiated. Managers of the festival provide one service package free of charge to the head of creative formation for every 15 participants, using and paid for one and the same service package.

On the first day of each session, а technical and organizational conference will be held with the festival team, including the heads of groups and individual players who must present the records of performance of the team (soloist) on CD with perfect sound quality. Each record has to be on a separate medium with the name of the product, name of the group and duration. It is required to have a copy ! After the performance, the records will be returned.

Managers of the festival recommend that creative formations and soloists learn the text, music and choreography of the anthem of IYFA “Muzite”, and carry the flag of their country. Order of performances at the concerts is determined by the scriptwriter and director of the piece. The group leaders are fully responsible for their teams, costumes and props. All heads of creative formations and individual participants must pay insurance for themselves in advance for the period of traveling and stay during the festival.
