Discussion and recommendations (important guideline : KISS [Keep It Simple, Stupid]) :
Need to work a global vision for the work of members of associations, inside FICEMEA which are the priorities for youth and society ;
A space like this seminar should allow a common construction for that mission ;
So it should be created a project that would allow to do that ;
FICEMEA and youth should work both ways : young people would get closer to the structure, know more about it and the FICEMEA should include more YP ; what are their nedds ?
Why there is the will but we FICEMEA can’t find the way for a wider participation of YP in the structure ?
Young people not interested in participation, it’s not motivating/attractive ;
Closer relationship of FICEMEA with national structures, namely in youth issues ;
Is it relevant to create a youth structure in order to make use of opportunities for lobby and representation ;
Representative at YFJ (Youth Jordan) has been a missed opportunity : only observer means only report ? Why there are we participate from FICEMEA in activities promoted by YFJ ?
YFJ as an opportunity to promote FICEMEA among the youngsters and to show the relevant work in the youth field ;
At the same time it should be an estimate for FICMEA to define a strategy European youth policy ;
But… we don’t really know exactly how to do it !
