Charte agenda mondiale des droits de l’Homme dans la Cité - Global Charter Agenda for Human Rights in the City - La Carta Agenda Mundial de derechos humanos en la ciudad
Depuis novembre 2007, le Secrétariat international permanent Droits de l’Homme et gouvernements locaux (SPIDH Nantes - Pays de la Loire) anime un groupe de travail qui, au sein de la fédération mondiale des collectivités locales Cités et gouvernements locaux unis CGLU, a élaboré une Charte agenda mondiale des droits de l’Homme dans la Cité. Celle-ci a été officiellement présentée aux membres du bureau exécutif de CGLU lors du congrès mondial de l’organisation qui s’est tenu du 16 au 20 novembre à Mexico. Ce document a été recommandé par le bureau exécutif, à l’unanimité, pour sa prochaine adoption définitive.

Since 2007, the International Permanent Secretariat Human Rights and Local Governments (SPIDH Nantes – Pays de la Loire) is leading the working group which, within the World Federation of the United Cities and Local Governments UCLG, elaborated the Global Charter for Human Rights in the City. This Charter was officially presented to the members of the executive bureau at World Congress of the UCLG organisation (16 – 20 November 2010 in Mexico City). This politic document was unanimously recommanded by the executive bureau and will be adopted soon.


Desde 2007, la Secretaría internacional permanente Derechos humanos y gobiernos locales (SPIDH – Países del Loira) está liderando el grupo de trabajo que, en el seno de la federación mundial de Ciudades y Gobiernos Locales Unidos CGLU, elaboró la Carta agenda mundial de derechos humanos en la ciudad. Esta Carta fue oficialmente presentada a los miembros del buró ejecutivo de CGLU durante el congreso mundial de la organización que tuvo lugar en la ciudad de Mexico del 16 al 20 de noviembre de 2010. Este documento político fue recomandado por el buró ejecutivo, por unanimidad, y será proximamente definitivamente aprobado.
