The associations that make up the FICEMEA intervene in many and varied domains of educative, social and cultural action, in a different way according to the country and according to the local context and the particularities of specific social needs. Their fields of action are multiple : organization of structures for vacation and leisure activities ; school support programs ; training of volunteers and/or professionnels ; training of social workers ; management of daycare centers for young children ; environmental awareness programs ; culturel support for youth ; social and profession re-insertion, actions concerning street children ; teacher-training ; training for professionnels from the mental health, publishing and audiovisuel fields, and many others. FICEMEA’s associations : associations implicated in management, training and consulting in the service of development. FICEMEA is engaged internationally in many activities that take different forms : seminars, colloquiums, study visits, training, professionnel exchanges, research-actions, etc. Among the most recent : • Program for the creation and accompanyment of more than 40 children’s enclosures in Benin, Niger, Burkina Faso and Senegal from 2002 to 2004. • Study days for technical and scientific Discovery Clubs in Porto Novo in 2004, • Research-action on “Youth and violence” 2001-2003. • World Forum “What kind of education in a globalized world ?” in 2003. • Seminar for the training of European interculturel animaters - project 2005. • In project, differents seminars “Education, citizenship and sustainable development for young people, by young people in 2005-2007”. • Seminar “ Play et activitys and social et integration for youth” Medellin in 2000.
